Rental equipment must be returned within 30 days of the termination date or Merchant will be charged the retail price for the equipment. Offer available until midnight October 31, 2010. $75 setup fee waived. First 2 months of monthly service fee ($9.95/month) are waived, which begins at first billing cycle. You are responsible for all other rates and fees for transactions processed through the service. After the first 60 days, your account will be automatically billed at the then-current monthly service fee, and any applicable rates and fees for transactions processed. Requires QuickBooks 2010 R5 (Pro, Premier, or EasyStart ) or higher, or QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions. (All sold separately.) Application approval, an Internet connection on a Windows PC, Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0, or 8.0, and a USB 1.1 port are required. Payments service sold separately from QuickBooks. Transaction fees apply. Additional fees may apply for specific occurrences (including chargeback and/or retrieval fees). Transactions are subject to Association guidelines. Funds generally are deposited into your account within 1-2 business days depending on your financial institution and your banking account. Clearance time for funds may vary depending on your financial institution’s handling of electronic payments. Note: There are no settlements (transfer of funds) on weekends or statutory holidays.
